About me & my background

As a coach with a global perspective, I’ve navigated careers in sales and marketing across diverse industries, from bustling startups to established corporations.  My journey has taken me from Hong Kong and Canada to the UK and France, and now I call Taiwan home.  This multicultural exposure allows me to connect with clients from all walks of life.

My coaching philosophy 

Throughout my travels, I’ve always been fascinated by the power of the human mind.  I leverage psychology and positive psychology principles in my coaching to help clients unlock their inner compass.  My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to guide you through self-discovery so you can make empowered decisions aligned with your core values and deepest aspirations.
